Mr. Krishnan began the meeting by outlining our agenda and emphasizing the importance of establishing strong Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and well-defined execution plans. These will ensure consistent quality across all our operations.

We also took a moment to extend a warm welcome to Dr. Saurabh Gupta, our new Chief Technology Officer. His extensive expertise in leading large-scale projects across India will be an invaluable asset as we grow and scale our operations.

The session continued with valuable insights from Anuroop, who highlighted the crucial legal and privacy compliance frameworks we must adhere to. Abhilash then anchored the event with confidence and professionalism, maintaining high energy and focus from start to finish.
